Description

A large unpolished purple optical calcite rhomboid shape cube.

Purple optical calcite is a beautiful variety of calcite with soft lavender to violet colouring and a fascinating double-refraction effect. Look through a clear piece and you'll often see objects behind it appear doubled.

It combines gorgeous colour with a genuinely cool optical phenomenon. Basically, a crystal that looks pretty and makes you question your eyesight for a second.
