I ordered 3 beautiful crystals from Nyx & Oak recently and it was my very first purchase with them as well. And I have to say that everything about this order was fabulous! The owner is so lovely to speak to and helped me out with my order as i originally ordered 2 crystals but ended up buying a 3rd which was kindly reserved for me. And then once payment was made they all arrived to me within a couple of days I didn't have to wait long at all and they were beautifully packed.
