I am new to live crystal sales, and have attend a few with other suppliers as well as Nyx & Oak. For me, N&O's unique selling point is the level of information shared about the crystals e.g. source location, properties and the care taken to ensure customers get a good visual of each stone. I have to give the 5/5 for their warm welcome and friendly approach. I love the laughter and the not pushy sale approach. I feel I can trust N&O in their products and customer care. The quality of the stones are 100% top notch. I have learnt about stones that i have never come across before,amazing! I live N & O. Perfectly wrapped individually in tissue paper with love and care, with a personalised hand written card and a surprise crystal, which was perfectly matched to what I needed in my life 🤍
