Order Processing

Once we receive your order and payment the shipping process begins. Processing time for all orders is 3-5 working days from the date of ordering.

Packaging:

-All of our packaging materials are plastic free, vegan friendly & recyclable.
-Our packing boxes are made from 60% - 90% recycled content.
-We use chlorine and acid-free tissue papers to wrap our crystals and provide padding.
-We use a 100% recycled paper as box filler.
-Our boxes are taped shut using self-adhesive kraft paper tape.
-Postage labels are self adhesive thermally printed.

UK Shipping:

48hr tracked by Royal Mail.

-Photo on delivery (Proof of delivery)
-Online delivery confirmation via Royal Mail Track & Trace
-Royal Mail aim to deliver in two to three working days, including Saturdays
