Preseli Bluestone is a distinctive spotted dolerite found in the Preseli Hills of Pembrokeshire, Wales.
It is especially famous for being one of the stones used to build Stonehenge, with some of the bluestones believed to have been transported around 140 miles from Wales thousands of years ago.
A brilliant piece for anyone who loves geological history, ancient landscapes and stones with a story. It is much more than a pretty rock, it is literally a little piece of Welsh prehistory.
