We want you to love your crystals! If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days of receipt, as per UK consumer rights.

Eligibility for Returns:

• Items must be in their original condition and packaging.
• Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return:

2. Provide your order number and reason for return.
3. We’ll provide instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds:

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
• Return postage costs are the buyer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
